There will likely be a difference in the budget between your time in Catania during the Phase 2 Training and what you will spend when you move to your final location. Please be sure to account for these differences when you are budgeting for your move to your final location.

In short, we want to place several movement catalyst teams in Rome and in Milan in the first phase. After this, we will begin to target other, smaller cities in Italy that have many refugees and immigrants.
